Kiwitas a newbie - Flash Question

Newbie from South Island,New Zealand,I see that FLASH 3 is compatible with Android 2.2 and would like to know if you have to uninstall Flash-1 before installing version 3?
I downloaded it from Market,but it wont install, Kind regards,K
