KNC MD1003 kept rebooting or restarting after playing games

hi,
i need help and I am new in this forum. I am not that techy guy. hopefully you can help me with this. I have a KNC MD1003 tablet and I have an issue with its firmware. I was told that I have to update the firmware but the problem is I do not know how since it is very tricky for me. The device kept on rebooting itself and restarting showing its manufac logo or square logo on its screen after I played temple run. The seller refused to grant its warranty as he claimed that the firmware or OS issue is out of his warranty. I know that its kinda BS and I am planning to report him to the DTI. Anyone can help me with the steps by step on reflashing it? I found the applicable firmware in KNC website. Until now the tablet is still rebooting.

sorry for the late reply Spider and thank you. Its a bit frustrating that its my first tablet and i am getting this issue. i was told that the OS is corrupted that is why it keeps on restarting/rebooting. I am trying to search firmware in the manufac site to get the updated one. i hope that it works. thank you so much. I am a newbie and i am tryign to figure out the steps on how to flash the firmware.
