kyros 7012 4g keyboard misalignment problem... please help!

I bought 2 of these for my kids. Now one has a keyboard misalignment issue. If you try to press a key on the onscreen keyboard it presses a line or two above that. Same thing on all the menus. There is an alignment tool app, doesnt help. Tried restting the whole machine, doesnt help. Can any one help me out here?
