Kyros 7012 screen rotation problem

I have searched for answer to this problem but haven't found answer.

On my 7012 the screen suddenly rotates 360 degrees in spurts. In other words it move right, left, upside down, then right side up.

Anyone seen this problem. I've tried some screen lock apps but a 4 star one says it locked in portrait mode but it is really lock in
horizonal mofe. And yes, I have checked and unchecked the auto-rotate display in set-up. This quite disconcerting when playing a game,
especially when grand kids are using it.

Backup your apps/data then do a factory reset (it will erase all 3rd party content from your tablet) to make sure it's not software related.

If it doesn't fix it, then probably you have a defective gravity sensor, you should replace your tablet if still under warranty. If not, locking the screen will just do what it says, it won't fix gravity sensor values.
