You can't and probably will never be able to... Coby releases restore firmwares at most, so your only chance is a custom firmware (CFW). So far, I haven't heard or seen any build for Telechips TCC8803 CPU used in 1126 and other similar models (7022/7125/7127/8125/8127/1125). The new models with ICS seem to be based on other CPUs, so most probably one can't even port OS to older models. But as ICS had its sources open by Google (what didn't happen with HC), then maybe someone will be able to build something for TCC8803 too.
