My new android 4.04 Le Pan II tablet will not download programs or apps from the internet. When I try to use Google Chrome , it comes back with a message " this site's certificate is not trusted. When I try to download apps i must login to my gmail account and then a message " can't access server " comes up. If the tablet's date is wrong on setup , could this be the problem ? " HELP I NEED SOMBODY ! " Thanks !
