Has anyone attempted to use the linux installer on these tablets yet? The installer is the one available in the regular google market. I don't think its on Apps Lib.

I also tried to get a Debian build that runs as chroot (so it doesn't alter your Android environment) and there were some dependencies missing so in Terminal Emulator it would show a verbose startup to the ASCII-art penguin logo and then error out.

There is a libSDL version of Qemu that can run on some Android devices, mostly seems to be used for Win95 emulation, but I couldn't get it to work because it seems that none of the libSDL apps would run (they'll show the start/setup screen and menus, but when you try to run them they crash back to the Home screen).

I'd love to have Debian running on one of these tabs too, but it seems either impossible or so much work to get it running it may not be worth it for how little I'd probably actually use it.
