location via wifi issues..please help if you can

I just got a wifi only galaxy tab 10.1 and love it.

However...when i go to maps its shows im i china
When i try to checkin on foursquare again it thinks im in china.

My ip address is in miami

I should show in usa.


I i do turn on gps it correctly finds my in the caribbean.

I need my wifi to correctly find me in miami so i can make full use of my apps and google play market..like downloading paypal app
