Looking for a Small Tablet...

So I've been looking around for a while, and I'm not even sure what I want exists, but here goes. It has to:

1. Be 5" or under
2. Run at least Android 4.0
3. Have at least 1 gb ram.
4. Have a capacative touchscreen
5. Be as cheap as possible (preferably $150 or less)

BTW, I'm in California, U.S, if that makes a difference.

I have an Archos 43 but it broke and I'm looking to upgrade.

Thanks for your advice, but I decided that 7 inch tablets were just so much better so I got the Pipo S1. Good idea?
