Looking for Cheap Tablet for Student

i need it for internet and documents reading , so i wont have to carry my laptop.
thinking around 9inch, 100-150 dollars.
need good display, ok batttery life, and that it won't start having problems or die too soon.
i saw a few chinese manufactures on aliexpress : allwinner, pipo, cube..

Amazing price. 8-9" tabs is the new sweet spot. apple is selling more ipad mini's than any other model. At the same price walmart also has the funtab nextbook-8. My friend has one and is pretty nice for the price.
