Looking for help rooting Coby MID7048

Do you need testers that know what they are doing or just with a willingness to try something out? I have an 8048 that I would like to root and am a willing guinea pig. I can follow directions.

Hi, thanks for the offer, I see a member has already roll my script up with a root method, so no need in reinventing the wheel.

I believe this will root your tablet and install gapps if you want.

I am not for sure How I missed his thread.

Coby 7034, 7036, 7048, 8048 all should have same processor, so root and gapps install should be the same.

On a serious note, I had seen the post, but with the Thanksgiving holiday stuff, I had forgotten all about it until I linked to it in the Development Index thread. It's not a surprise though that it was missed, as I think it fell off the first page rather quickly.
