Lost half of the screen..

Hello there, I have a coby mid7022...my problem is:
Due a hit, half of my screen dont work, I mean, the touch..I can see all the screen perfectly but I can
Touch in anything. I tryied factory reset and nothing works to me. Should I open the device and remove the battery? Cause I belive that here in Brazil there is not any coby support..what should I do?? Thx for the help.. sorry about the english.

Probably your touchscreen (digitizer) is broken, you will need a new one...

Is easier I buy a new one or buy another tablet??? Cause i heard the some people just opened and fix the problem...but I cant find a tutorial to open it.

Yep, digitizer seems to be it. Either send it in for service or install it yourself.
