M70007T Series Android OS 2.2 Kernel 2.6.32 Build Nr V1.2.2

Hey Guys,
I bought this tablet last year, but out of the blue when i turned it on it got stuck on the Android and wouldnt go any further, so i left it.
Now i am looking to sort it out, but i dont even know what make it is, all the info i have is that its a M70007T series ?
It will charge up red light, and when i turn it on it has a green light (it dosnt vibrate or anything) but the android comes on and thats it, i cant get it to do anything else,
Any ideas??
I am not very tech minded, so if you can reply, I would appreciate it if you speak to me like i'm 6

Im not going to be much help, im not to good with these things. Do a google search for " m70007t ' .seems to be a lot of people with same problem. Maybee by checking there posts on other sites you may find some answers. Also check with the seller a lot of them are helpful.
