marking and noting in pdf

dear,

I just bought a samsung galaxy tab2 10,1 wifi.
I installed the adobe reader app and put some pdf on the tab.

I want to mark some things and put notes next to it.
But this is only working on some pdfs.
I think it is because some pdfs are secured, it are scientific articels and parts of phds. Is it possible to mark something in these articles?

Welcome to the forum

I think you hit on the reason only some work. I use EZPdf and I can do markups but I don't know if the results would be any different from the Adobe. That and Repligo Reader are my favs but neither are free.
