Memory in the A500?

Hey,

Does anyone know what kind of memory the A500 has? I saw somewhere, but can't find it anymore that it has DDR(something)3 vs. DDR(something)2 which the XOOM has.

The article stated that the A500 was faster than the XOOM because of this. Can anyone out there shed a little more light on this?

It is 1GB of DDR3 memory. The Xoom and the Moto Atrix only use DDR2.
