MID 7in locked up

I need help, my MID 7in locked up and I finally got it to update with new firmware. But after loading it shut down and won't do anything. The power indicator light comes on but that it all I can get out of it. I have tried twenty different updates trying to find one that makes it respond with no luck. Any suggestions?
