MID1024 - Need Market Help

Hello, just got a Coby Kyros MID1024 for Christmas. I've read about it online and attempted to get assistance from Coby, but was told someone will call me back by Monday(4 days after my initial call) . My issue is the App market for this sucks, it won't let me get flash player, I managed to get flash 10.1 APK and installed it, but it won't update. I've never rooted anything and if possible would like to avoid it now. Does anyone know of a way to get a normal market on this or at least be allowed to download from WWW.androidmarket.Com, any help would be appreciated., thanks.
