I am new to all this tablet stuff. I got my daughters both a MID7012-4G for Christmas. Well, with Christmas money they bought a HDE Keyboard/case off of Amazon. Well for some reason I cannot get the keyboard to recognize the tablet. I bought them a female/male usb adapter for it and everything. I hooked the keyboard up to my computer and it does work. How can I get the tablet to work with it as these are nice keyboards? I have read where people with the same tablet worked flawlessly. Thanks in advance.
