Hi I have just bought a MID703 android tablet and When I swich on the Wi fi it detects my home network however once I type in the security code it almost inststantly says I'm "not in range" of the network even if I am still standing next to the router. My router is using WPA2 personal. I have also tryed acsseing public wi fi and had the same result.
All my other networked devices like my computer and phone connect fine.
Is this a settings or software problem or do I have a faulty tablet?

People have had success changing to WEP and/or switching to a router channel lower than 11. Worth a try?

Which procedure worked for you, Astralmonkey? Going to WEP or a lower channel (or did you do both at the same time?)?

Ok I think I spoke to soon. going lower seemed to work for about 10 min and it is no longer saying its out of range but now whenevere I try and connect it says "connection to network unavalible"
