Missing Android 2.2 Sleep Policy Option

I just bought --> MID Google Android 2.2 Touchscreen Tablet

I read, there is a sleep policy setting for WIFI youcould try that. Go to MENU >SETTINGS >WIRELESS AND NETWORKS >WIFISETTINGS >MENU >ADVANCED >WIFI

BUT I DON'T SEE IT AND MY WI-FI KEEPS DROPPING CONNECTION CONSISTENTLY.

HELP APPRECIATED!

Hey there. It depends on version of Android and what the OEM did to the image it flashed to the device. Go into your wireless & network settings. Hit the wifi settings button. Then once you are in there hit the menu key. You should see a menu item that says "Advanced" choose that option and you will see the choice to set the Wifi sleep policy,
