Missing "Location & security" in Settings - 2.2 Android verison (DG2.20)

Is "Location & security" missing in the Settings application? Several applications (Maps, News and Weather, etc.) need to "Acquire location" based on these settings.

In the other version it would allow "Use wireless networks" - "Location determined by WI-FI and/or mobile networks".

If this option is missing how do we know where we are in the world?
