Momo 11 startup problem

    Power on only gets as far as the 3D logo on my two week old tablet.

    I can get to the Android recovery screen menu; however, I haven't yet found any way of selecting the Factory reset option (which I had hoped might sort things out).

    Any ideas?

    Note: Like other Momo 11's the wi-fi when it was working was really poor; so at some stage I am going to have to open it up and move the antenna (assuming I can get the tablet operational again).
