Right now I am trying to gather a foundation to help me with my Arnova 10 G2. Most of my questions right now are pretty elementary.
1. The Android version is 2.3.1 and I would like to know if it's possible to upgrade to later versions?
2. The Kernel version is 2.6.32.27 which I believeis a Linux "piece" to this puzzle. If this is correct, can it be upgraded as well?
3. The Storage Settings page indicates that there is 94.86 MB available (without an SD card) which equates to a "hard drive" or "on board" space into which various apps can be downloaded. If this is incorrect I don't want to hear about it.
4. Once an SD card is installed does it become a permanent part of the tablet or is portable?
5. Can a USB Flash Drive be used to transfer files from my desk top to the tablet?

I would like to give kudos to wicked for the android dictionary, Jerry Hildenbrand for his article on rooting, and Spider for his suggestions about relevant links.
