Hi All,

I have a new MID WM8650 bought out of ebay just 3 weeks ago. I had bought a new SD card today and inserted this SD card as soon as I receive this today. After this, I am facing problems with my MID WM8650. It starts, I get the android man animation, and then I also get the saucer over which the android man comes and sits and keeps rotating. but the screen does not progress after that.

Please can you help?

If you look on forum for wondermedia based page, you will find information & links to 'uberoid'. This is a custom rom which works very well on wm8650 devices. You need ro load to your pc, unzip files, enter your tablets corresponding number in changer files( tip- type rt3070 befor entering number to improve wifi) thdn load to an sd card and boot into your tablet. The hard part is trying to correctly identify your tablet model number as there are lots of copied tablets. I was told mine was an eken e18. But found it was a mid703 when trying different changer numbers. Thers a link to show how to find your changer number for each type of device. If it doesn't work first time. Keep trying different numbers until one does work. This can take time & be frustrating but it is worth it if it fixes your tablet, it will also be rooted & work better.

Go to forums/more android tablets/wondermedia based. Then search for uberoid.
