my tablet displays no memory

I just bought a new sylvania tablet $99 from big lots and it was a bit slow so i decided to factory reset it and after i did it my tablet displays 0.00B and i factory reset it again but it still wont fix the issue.And my 30 day warranty from the store expired.

What can i do?
