My tablet isn't starting up anymore...?

I'm having a hugee problem with my Android Velocity Cruz tablet all of a sudden. Although it will power-up, it won't start up. It just shows the brand's screen. It hasn't been doing this before hand.

Earlier, after charging it, it kept that screen and I couldn't turn it off. So I left it alone until it powered itself down(which took hours), and now gave it a few moments to charge, and then attempted to power it up... but it continues to do the same thing.

Is there a way that I can fix this problem?

sounds like there is a problem with the OS. I am moving your thread to the Velocity area where hopefully someone will have an answer.
