My Tablet pc is asking Dial up number

Hi friends,

I bought my Tablet pc form Shenzhen Honron Pisces Technology Co., Ltd.[ Guangdong, China (Mainland) ]It looks good in appearance but with a little problem. The problem is that when I use wifi to browse it will perform well. But when I contacted service proverder so that they can configure it for me to browse using sim card it will ask of dial up number and no one seem to know the dial number is requesting before it can be setting. Please can some one help for the dial number?

I really need urgent help regarding this issue.

In Australia its always *99#

You may need it confingure APN settings. In android this can be extensive but usually you dont need to fill in all of these...
