Need help after flashing gingerbread

Flashed gingerbread with no problems; looks good; need to get into it more; one problem with backed up apps; I made a titanium backup of my apps on external sdcard; after flashing new rom, there was no titanium on gtablet, downloaded it from market but new titanium not recognizing apps on sdcard; can I recover stored apps on external sd card? if so, how
