Need help bypassing lock pattern

Cant get into cruz android tablet forgot lock pattern. Want to know how to bypass lock pattern if it is possible i tried using the reset button and that did not work.
What other options are there if any or am i going to have to return it
for a replacement.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

what kind of tablet? Unfortunately this is a somewhat common issue, and there is not an easy or "quick" fix. Sometimes depending on your tablet there are different things to try.
