Need help Rooting Xoom WiFi 3.2

hey guys just got my xoom and I am currently not at home but at home i got a windows pc at home and a mac where i am now I need some help figuring out how to root the xoom on both pc's if possible plz and thx, i also have also had xp rooting other devices this is just my first time root a tablet that is an android product. (And i looked through the one click thread i haven't tried it but dose it work on 3.2?)

Make sure you have stock kernel.

i dont understand how to flash with clockwork when i am not rooted its not making any sense at all
