Need Help with Android Market purchase

    I have just registered my A100 and am trying to buy an app. I've added a card and created a Google Wallet. I'm at the point where there is a highlighted box stating that I may be charged an additional fee, then there is a link to "Permissions" and "Terms & Conditions", refund policy etc.
    I've checked out each link, but the "Accept & buy" button remains inactive. It simply will not accept a touch on that button.

    This is the first app I've tried to purchase. Have downloaded many free ones with no problem. Does anyone have any idea what Might be wrong here? I'm sure it's probably something I'm missing, but not sure what. I'm finding it very difficult to enter data from the onscreen keyboard, and made some mistakes entering, but I thought I corrected everything okay.
