i have a Google Android 7" Touchscreen Eken Tablet w/ WiFi, 3G Support & 2GB Storage for less than a month and recently my sound just stop working i checked my my volume level and i also did a factory restore still nothing.

My guess is that after a factory restore it still isn't working you probably have a hardware issue that would require an exchange with the retailer if possible or an RMA
