i just bought an android tablet on ebay i was having problem watching youtube or any video on it. i read i can update the firmware and it would work but i dont even no the model it is can someone help

can you take a couple picture of it and then post them on here that will help, and i have read about a lower quality youtube app that is suppose to help as well
