Need recomendations on a Android Tablet

Looking to purchase a Android tablet, trying to stay at $0-$200 price range. Any good suggestions to get the best for my money? Would like wifi and rootable..Using the tablet mainly for the web and forum posting. Not heavy processing work.

For people who have used Resistive and capacitive..Big difference that I should not even look at resistive?

coby kyros is decent for the price. Resistive touch screen, but most response resistive I've experienced yet.

Begin difference between the two touch types?

Resistive won't have multitouch, pinch to zoom or be as responsive as capacitive. most touch screen feature phones (non internet) are resistive touch screens

capacitive is tthe way to go... may have to adjust my budget.
