Need some help buying a viewpad

Hi guys,
Looking to buy a new 'droid tablet. I have the option of getting a viewpad 10s at the moment. Can anyone tell me the good and the bad about it???
And also if anyone knows the chances it will be able to support this android 3.0 ive heard about?
