Need to go back stock

When you say "stock" are you talking about a previous version or just back to new status. You can go back to stock in settings - backup and reset, reset. That will wipe data and non stock apps.

Right now my Lenovo has no system can't mount sd card and ext sd card. So I can't flash any Rom...

I have no clue what you are trying to do, if you want to flash jb rom, flash jb recovery then flash jb rom, same goes for ics. You can flash I think 6 different roms.

What I am trying to do is recover my tablet so I can have it useful again, and as I have this trouble with storage I guess I need to get back to official firmware

In the 2109 forums you will find official firmware for both ics and jb.
