Need Way to Display Game Icons

This is kind of hard to explain, but is a simple request.

I was watching a youtube demonstration of something and this guy had an icon on his desktop that, when clicked, showed a pop up that displayed all of his games. I really want somethig like that so that i can organize my games without having themcluttering up my display.

I have an asus tf700 running jellybean.

On my Sony I can pick up icons and lay them on top of each other and then go back and name the folder they go to.
