net issues

Hi, My wifi says connected but when I go to websites and click on any link ,page won't load.I've tried many different sites with same results. Nothing shows as wrong with my connection. I have a KOCASO 4.0 android 10"tablet 1.2 GHz 4 GB HDD 1GB DDR3. I downloaded Wifi Fixer app from Google play store but didn't help. I'm clueless so any help would be great. ty!

Just so I'm certain I understand, (or maybe I don't). You can get to the site but your click a link and nothing happens? But you see the home page?
