network Superpad and Vista via ethernet

    I seem remeber seeing that Superpad does not recognise standard IP address but I cannot find the instructions again

    Yes, it does use standard IP addresses - at least if you allow the router to assign the address. Go to Settings, Wireless & Network, WIFI settings, and you will see the current connection details, including the IP address.

    Vista??? Are you trying to see a Windows PC on your local network? Doesn't quite work that way - what you need is a sharing app like Teamviewer. When that's running on both machines, you can get full access to the PC from your tablet, including file transfer.
