New Acer A500 owner...

Ive recently bought me an Acer Iconia A500 tablet. It does everything i need so far but theres one thing i need to know if i can do. i go to school and in my math class theres a CD that came with the book that you have to install on your computer to be able to do the homework at home. i installed it on a buddys laptop but would love to have the program on my acer. is there a way to transfer the program from his laptop to my tablet? if so how? thanks in advance for your help.

Is the actual file compatible with Android, its there an Advertised application able to open it? Is it a Windows or Mac application? Judy a few questions.

Chances are unless it is stated, it is not android compatible.

Well technically if you knew what you were doing it could be converted to a linux based application the to android as they have basically the same interface, but the logistics would be nuts to get it there.... makes me wonder if it would be possible to make wine work on android.... off topic but hey...
