New AGPtek 7" tablet user

Hi everyone, do any of you have an AGPtek 7" android 4 (ice cream sandwich) tablet? I just got mine (from Amazon) and I'm totally new at using android.
I did print out this site's "Newbie Day One Guide", which helped getting started, but I'm still clueless on how to use it (importing apps, etc.). Any advice will be appreciated.
