New and confused

Hello, Glad to finally get help. A Christmas Present. Keeps telling me to insert disk. What disk? Where can I get one? It did not come with my tablet. Why do I need to install a toolbar in order to copy a manual? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

I have no idea about the disk error. Have you ever used an SD card in the system?
