New Arnova10b G2 will not connect

I just picked up my replacement tablet today. I had the salesman plug it into a PC at the store and it connected immediately. When I tried connecting it at home in either of my 2011 HP PCs, It does not connect. I tried uninstalling the USB root hub and restarting windows and windows recognized the tablet, but no little green android guy and it was unmounted instantly.

Does anyone had a problem like this? HELP!!!!

I found the problem! I needed the android USB driver.....You would think that arnova would know that, but their support was clueless! anyone need the info Google USB Driver | Android Developers
