I bought one of these and wonder if anyone else has or knows where to ask questions on using or setting up / upgrading Android?

Hi Steve, congratulations on your new device and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately, there isn't a forum specifically for it. If/when you have a problem or a question, the Android Tablet Q&A section would be the place to go. Just click that link and you'll be there. Hopefully, someone here is familiar with that device and will be able to help you out, but the manufacturer's website will probably be your best bet for updates to the OS etc. Good luck!
