New ROOM Pipo M9 built in 3g uppgrade

I bought 3 psc PIPO M9 built in 3G. All 3 had big black spot on screen, but they worked. Now one Launcher have stopped. China sent new ROOM so I can uppgrade. Probleme I do not know how to do that. I´m a big novis.

If I ask very polity can someone tell how I can uppgrade.
