New sytab7mx setup help

    Purchased a syntab7mx tablet for my daughter and I can't seem to make any progress with it. Straight out of the box (once fully charged) I'm getting nothing on the screen except the volume and unlocked icon. No apps.....no nothing. The included directions are quite vague which lead me to believe it is a user friendly device which I am not seeing what should appear. I have tried to reach customer service, but due to high call volume I can't get through. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. ​

    Does it look anything like this?

    If your screen looks similar to this then try clicking on (press with your finger or stylus if it came with a stylus) the padlock icon and drag the icon across the screen.

    Hello DrBr, welcome to Android Tablets. Nice of you to join us as a member of the forum. The Q&A section would be the best place to ask about that tablet, and I see you've already posted your question there. Hopefully, someone will come along soon and respond.
