New to Android

Hi! I recently purchased an Acer A500 and have been enjoying learning about Android. I had one problem - registering using the A500 and ended up reverting to my PC. I couldn't get past the first hurdle - Country. The popup covered countries from V to Z and I couldn't get it to scroll to the beginning (USA). I also notice that the Acer shop I get is the United Kingdom shop (caused by failure to register using the A500???? ).

I bought it at Target. They had a $50 gift certificate along with the $400 price.

Try opening the GPS to see if it can locate your area.
