New to Android

Hi folks... nice to see a forum here...

I bought a Meiying M10 tablet online a few weeks ago, and so far its been fine for checking email, browsing the odd site, and reading some ebooks. By the way, I bought the tablet from one of this forum's advertisers, Light In The Box.

But I just ran into a problem. I signed up with a credit card processing system (square.com), to support my business, and they use a small card reading device that is supposed to plug into the audio port of the tablet.

Well, it appears that the Meiying is not compatable.

According to the credit card processor, they do not support all android devices.

So, it looks like, if I want to continue using this credit card system, I'll have to purchase a compatable tablet.

My questions to you folks:

Do any of you use the Meiying M10 for this purpose?

Do you know if the audio port of the Meiying includes a mic connection?

Any suggestions?
