new to forum - update failing

Hello fellow tab heads. Been using android since the original G1 and just recently purchased an iconia tab.

System update seems to be failing. Downloads a huge 356MB file, system unzips and tries to apply and after the process system states that update failed. Contacted acer tech support and they of course want me to do a factory reset. Last resort for me. Rep said the huge update is honeycomb 3.1

Anybody else having issues with updating on an iconia tab?

Hi Andy_Luv, if you go to the Acer section of the forum you'll find lots of information already there regarding the update. You'll find lots of other things about your tablet here as well. If you ask your questions here it's much more likely someone will respond.
