new update

If you read the previous post, you will see that Vizio is doing it incrementally to reduce the load on their servers. I have not received mine yet but don't worry..it will come.

I saw on one of the earlyer posts, about a mounth ago, someone talked to tech support and they said they puch out updates by serial numbers earliest to latest.

You're not alone. Still waiting in St. Louis. I have gone through this with my Xoom tablet, and it can take close to a week for updates to roll out to everyone. I am probably better off not being one of the first.

i just got my update an hour ago. smooth so far. mame4all plays smoother galaga. shadowgun actually plays now. seems faster and smoother. i have been using go launcher. i had to reset my widgets. the smaller text and buttons resembles a higher resolution display to me. i like it so far.

Go the update bout an hour ago. the only thing i dont like about it is no mass usb storage when plugged into pc.

Got the update - apps that require internet access no longer work(Yelp, Facebook, Bank of America, The Weather Channel, etc). Marketplace no longer works. Widgets no longer work.

I don't like the update. The text is either too large and grainy or too small to read, nothing inbetween. Reorganized layout but so what? Not better, just different, no improvement in memory card function. Boo.
